ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Project / Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major rail infrastructure project in Regional Southern NSW.

Main Duties

- Lead the delivery of major rail infrastructure and civil construction works.
- Oversee large-scale bulk earthworks and subcontracted structures.
- Coordinate with site superintendents to drive project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and construction programmes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project standards.
- Manage subcontractor performance, construction risks and operational challenges.

Requirements

- Minimum 12+ years of proven working experience in construction management, preferably within major civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience delivering major road or rail infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge of bulk earthworks and large-scale self-performed civil works.
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, construction teams and senior project personnel.




- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial management skills.
- Ability to manage complex construction programmes and deliver against project deadlines.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities.
