Karlayura Personnel is currently seeking experienced professionals to join a major Water Projects and Dewatering team at a Tier 1 iron ore mining operation in the Pilbara, WA.

These are excellent opportunities for skilled candidates looking to work on exciting water infrastructure and dewatering projects, with competitive hourly rates and approximately 6 months of ongoing work.
Positions Available

1. Water Projects Supervisors

- Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (14:14)
- Proven experience supervising mine dewatering operations and water projects.
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (mandatory).
- Strong safety leadership, crew management and SAP/CMMS experience.

2. Water Projects Engineer

- Roster: 4 days on / 3 days off (4:3)
- Tertiary qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in water infrastructure, pipelines, pumping systems and project delivery.
- Strong QA/QC, contractor management and project coordination skills.

3. Leading Hand – Dewatering –

- Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (14:14)
- Previous experience in mine dewatering and coordinating operational crews.
- Strong knowledge of water systems, equipment and safe work practices.
- HR licence, dogging, forklift, crane, telehandler, IT loader and polywelding competencies highly regarded.

4. Polywelders –

- Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (14:14)
- Proven experience in HDPE pipeline welding, installation and bore works.




- Current polywelding qualifications.
- High Risk Work Licences – DG, LF and CN.
- IT loader and mine-site dewatering experience highly regarded.

5. Civil Operators

- Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (14:14)
- Experience in bulk earthworks, access track construction, bore pad preparation and general mine-site civil works.
- Experience operating 15-tonne rollers and articulated dump trucks highly regarded.
- Franna crane experience and relevant High Risk Work Licences advantageous.
- Current Australian Manual C-Class Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.

General Requirements

- Previous experience in mining or relevant water infrastructure projects.
- Current Australian Manual C-Class Driver's Licence.
- Construction White Card.
- Relevant qualifications, licences and competencies for the position.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
