My client is seeking a motivated and driven Mining Engineer to play a key role in supporting underground operations. This is an exciting time to join the company as we pave the way for future growth. This will be a permanent role on 8 days on 6days off roster FIFO.

About the role:

As a Mining Engineer, you will be responsible for mine planning, drill & blast design, production engineering, and contributing to safe, effective, and sustainable mining operations. Working closely with operations and technical teams, you'll provide practical solutions that drive productivity and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For:

- Degree in Mining Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years as a Mine Engineer
- Sound understanding of mine operation, drill & blast, planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in mine design and scheduling software (e.g. Deswik, Surpac, SHOTPlus, or similar)
- Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a high performing, tight-knit team
- Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines,



and adapt to shifting demands.
- Ideally completed underground time or done majority.
