Known for delivering a superior level of service across residential and mixed-use assets throughout Sydney, the business has built a strong reputation for professionalism, client care, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a well-kept residential portfolio across Sydney of approximately 25 buildings and 1,144 lots.
- Providing strategic guidance and operational support to Owners Corporations and BMCs
- Taking a proactive approach to building maintenance, issue resolution, and long-term asset planning
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and strata regulations
- Building solid relationships with owners, committee members, contractors, and stakeholders
- Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering clear, professional communication

- A current NSW Strata Manager Licence
- Extensive experience managing strata portfolios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence working independently while contributing to a team environment
