What You Will Be Working On
You will play a key role across:

- Transactional accounting, payroll and month-end accounting activities.
- Inventory,



Work in Progress and job costing processes.
- Financial analysis, reporting and variance investigation.
- Supporting the ongoing refinement of the ERP system (MYOB Acumatica).
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and information accuracy.
- Working closely with operational stakeholders to investigate discrepancies and support business decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of how finance interacts with operations in a project-based manufacturing environment.

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Manufacturing finance experience – experience in job shop or bespoke manufacturing would be highly regarded.
- Inventory, WIP and job costing experience.
- Month-end accounting and financial reporting experience.
- ERP system experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
