About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, this newly created Toowoomba-based position will establish consistent, audit-ready quality and compliance systems across two feed mills. You will work closely with site managers to build consistent SOPs and training resources, support commodity administration, and strengthen document control.

Duties

- Build and maintain QA systems, records and controlled documentation across both feed mill sites.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, track findings and drive corrective actions to completion.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, work instructions, training manuals and induction materials.
- Support FeedSafe, ISO and Chain of Responsibility compliance across operations.
- Plan monthly visit to each mill (Lismore NSW / Windera QLD).

Skills & Experience

- FeedSafe experience or equivalent HACCP capability.
- Demonstrated ISO quality-system knowledge and auditing experience.
- Proven experience developing SOPs, procedures, training manuals and controlled documents.
- Previous experience in agriculture, feed milling, food production, or similar regulated operation.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and sound Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
