We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented and dexterous Electrical Assembly Operators to join a leading electronics manufacturing company located in Scoresby.

The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling electrical components and products, operating small handheld power tools, and completing production documentation in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent fine motor skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Candidates must be committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, product quality and workplace safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electrical components and products in accordance with work instructions, drawings and specifications.
- Operate small handheld power tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform repetitive, precision-based assembly tasks requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Inspect assembled components and finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow standard operating procedures and detailed assembly instructions.




- Complete production records, checklists and other required documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Identify and report faulty components, equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining consistency, accuracy and product quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support efficient production operations.

Skills and Experience

- Excellent fine motor skills, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Comfortable using small handheld power tools and assembly equipment.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and quality control practices.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete production documentation.
- Reliable, punctual and motivated, with a positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, electronics manufacturing, production or a similar role will be highly regarded.
