Your New Company
The Lorian Group have partnered with an established residential volume builder delivering a steady pipeline of new homes across Ipswich and its growth corridor. They run a structured build program with established trades, systems and support behind the site team and are looking to add an experienced Site Supervisor to the team.

Your Current Role
You’ll run around 15 active sites across Ipswich and surrounding neighborhoods through to Redbank Plains, taking homes from slab to handover.

- Manage construction programs, trade scheduling and site coordination across your sites
- Keep builds on time, on budget and to quality standards
- Maintain WHS and QBCC compliance on every site
- Work with the construction manager, estimating and customer service teams to keep communication tight

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Must have QBCC Site Supervisor licence,



or the qualifications and experience to obtain one
- Proven residential building experience, ideally in townhouse, volume or project homes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites at once
- Solid trade relationships and a firm but fair approach to quality and programming
- Reliable and organised, with clear communication skills
