Available Locations

We are recruiting Centre Directors for three locations across Newcastle and the Hunter Region:

- Wallsend (Newcastle)
- Edgeworth (Newcastle)
- Windella (Hunter Region)

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of your centre while creating an inspiring, high-quality early learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Driving quality practices and maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Overseeing enrolments, staffing and operational performance
- Creating a positive, supportive and engaging workplace culture
- Playing an integral role in the successful establishment of a brand-new centre

About You

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director ideally setting up brand new centres
- Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership, communication and team-building skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional early childhood education
- Experience opening a new centre would be highly regarded
