Summit Global Logistics is a long-standing and well-established International Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Transport and Warehousing and Logistics company with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Shanghai & Guangzhou. We are currently seeking someone to join our sales team as a Customer Service Operator. This position is an integral part of our business and would ideally suit someone that has minimum five years’ experience in import freight operation.

Duties include:

- Order management - answering queries in relation to orders in progress;

- Sales support - providing freight rates and solutions to new customers;

- Client information update and relationship building;





- Internal liaison – working with other team members and colleagues in other departments of our company regarding shipment service of the assigned accounts.

Skills required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience handling international freight forwarding imports (both Air and Sea streams preferred).

- Superb customer focus and ability to communicate effectively through oral and written methods with customers;

- Outstanding efficiency and prioritising skills;

- Strong team spirit;

- Bilingual skills (English and Chinese) will be an advantage.

- Hands-on proficiency with CargoWise One (essential for entering files, milestone tracking, and invoicing).

- Strong communication skills to confidently coordinate with local transport companies, shipping lines, and airlines.
