This newly created position will play an important role in supporting that growth, with the successful candidate taking ownership of a significant design-and-construct project.

The Opportunity

You will lead the planning and delivery of a complex, high-profile construction project, working closely with senior leadership, consultants and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing project planning, methodology and design development to establish an effective delivery strategy.
- Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction activities.
- Coordinating consultants,



subcontractors and internal teams to maintain project progress and quality.
- Identifying project risks early and developing practical solutions to address potential challenges.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship and commercial performance throughout delivery.
- Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support collaborative project outcomes.
- Providing leadership, guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Working directly with senior management to contribute to project decisions and broader business objectives.

About You

You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, particularly across project planning, construction methodology and design-and-construct delivery.

You take a considered approach to project management, combining strategic thinking and attention to detail with the ability to lead people and make sound decisions. Just as importantly, you value collaboration, remain open to new ideas and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
