DUTIES

- Conducting advanced building compliance audits and assessments across diverse sectors in Perth and nationwide
- Providing expert building surveying advice and consultancy services to clients
- Delivering comprehensive reviews and high-quality technical reports
- Issuing statutory certifications for commercial projects, including fire safety audits
- Collaborating with and supporting our national team of auditors and building surveyors





ABOUT YOU

- Proven experience with Class 2 to 9 buildings, including a diverse range of types and scales
- 2 years of hands-on experience in building surveying across various projects
- Solid understanding of building construction principles and maintenance practices
- Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), relevant regulations, and applicable Australian Standards
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Degree in Building Surveying (or currently completing studies towards one)
