We offer practical, client-focused advice in a warm, collaborative environment and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key role within our firm. Your proficiency and attention to detail directly shape our clients’ experience and keep the whole office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

- Manage the switchboard, directing calls and taking accurate messages

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

- Business banking

- Provide back-up accounting support, including processing invoices, receipting payments and processing trust payments

- Prepare, scan and photocopy documents

- Support lawyers and assistants with general administrative tasks

- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard





- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

About You

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn recent systems quickly

- Experience in reception/administration highly regarded

- Reliable, honest and works well with a team
