Help coordinate vital programs—including the Ignite Program and international student initiatives—that empower students to reach their full potential.

What you will do:

- Coordinate Student Enrichment & Competitions: Organise, promote, and manage logistics for academic competitions, extra-curricular initiatives, and student clubs across the P-12 school.

- Support the Ignite Program: Provide high-level administrative support and customer service for the Ignite Program, maintaining student tracking systems, participant records, and family communications.

- Support International Student Programs: Process international enrolments, maintain compliance/visa documentation, coordinate homestay host family vetting and orientation events, and assist international students and families with daily enquiries.

- Deliver Frontline & General Administrative Support: Assist with front reception, student services, first aid, and broader administration tasks during peak operational periods.
