XMEDIA is a video production company creating films for property developers, real estate professionals, brands and agencies. Our work spans luxury property and architectural films, lifestyle content and commercial campaigns.

We’re looking for a talented Videographer to join our Brisbane team. Someone with a strong creative eye, confidence behind the camera and a genuine interest in producing beautiful, considered work.

You’ll be comfortable taking ownership of a shoot, working with clients and collaborating with a crew. You’ll understand how lighting, composition and camera movement work together—and how to capture the footage that makes a strong edit possible.

About the role

Based in Brisbane, you’ll work across a variety of shoots throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

One day you might be capturing the architecture and finer details of a luxury home; another, working with talent on a development campaign or filming content for a commercial brand.

You’ll work closely with our production and post-production teams to turn creative briefs into footage that feels purposeful, polished and true to each project.

What you’ll be doing

- Filming property, architecture, lifestyle and commercial content to a consistently high standard.

- Reviewing briefs, contributing ideas and planning shot coverage before arriving on location.

- Operating cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment confidently.

- Working with natural and controlled lighting to create the right look and mood.

- Guiding clients, presenters and talent so they feel comfortable and confident on camera.

- Managing time on set and capturing the agreed coverage within the shoot schedule.

- Working independently on smaller shoots and collaborating with a crew on larger productions.





- Keeping footage organised, following backup procedures and providing clear handovers to our editing team.

- Looking after equipment and ensuring everything is prepared for upcoming shoots.

What we’re looking for

- Qualified videography experience supported by a strong portfolio or showreel.

- An excellent eye for composition, lighting, movement and detail.

- Confident technical skills and the ability to adapt when conditions change on location.

- An understanding of visual storytelling and how individual shots come together in an edit.

- Clear communication and a professional, approachable manner with clients.

- Strong organisation, punctuality and the ability to follow through on commitments.

- Someone who contributes ideas, takes feedback well and cares about the finished result.

- A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel to shoot locations.

Skills that would be a bonus

- Experience filming luxury property, architecture, interiors or development campaigns.

- Drone filming experience.

- Editing and colour grading skills, particularly in DaVinci Resolve.
