REGISTERED NURSE | HUNTER VALLEY | NOT-FOR-PROFIT AGED CARE
A well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in the Hunter Valley wine region, about 40 minutes from Newcastle and 2 hours from Sydney, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their residential home.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants a short-term, well-supported role in one of NSW’s most beautiful regions, with the chance to work in a large home with a strong leadership team behind you.

The Opportunity / Main Duties

- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents in a home of 100+ beds.




- Manage medications and wound care in line with policy and best practice.
- Monitor residents’ health, recognise changes in condition and escalate appropriately.
- Work as part of a team of RNs and care staff, supporting each other through each shift.
- Keep care documentation accurate and up to date, and contribute to compliance with the aged care standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in the aged care industry.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission standards.
- A proven commitment to person-centred care.
- Experience with wound and medication management.
