- Engage with stakeholders across all levels — from trades to senior project managers — as a trusted advisor.
- Champion SPDC’s safety values and standards on the ground.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience within commercial construction projects (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of high-risk construction activities and relevant legislative controls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence site-level behaviours.
- Comfortable working independently while representing a broader consultancy.
- Proficiency with EHS software platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- White Card and minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Physically fit for daily site inspections and varied terrain.
Engagement Details
- Contract Basis: Independent contractor role via ABN.
- Location: Onsite in Sydney, NSW (no remote work).
- Start Date: Immediate or negotiable.
- Duration: 12 months initially, likely extending to 18 months based on project needs.
