The firm

A well-established, highly reputable Northside practice with 3 directors and around 18 staff. Very little staff turnover due to an enviable culture, they know how to look after their staff.

The role

- Manage your own portfolio of clients across tax, accounting and advisory

- Keep up and grow client relationships

- Review your team’s work and be their technical go-to

- Manage staff,



including allocating work, running one-on-ones and developing the team

- Find opportunities to offer existing clients more services, and bring in new business through networking and referrals

About you

- Solid technical tax knowledge

- Proven leadership and staff management experience

- The ability to keep up and build client relationships

- A good record of staying in your previous roles (a must)

- Based in Brisbane and aiming for partnership
