Synergie is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded steel manufacturer supplying the civil, construction, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced CNC Laser and Plasma Machine Operators to join their production team in Minto, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hands-on operators looking for stable, ongoing employment with a reputable company and the opportunity to work with modern steel processing equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating CNC laser and plasma cutting machines to process steel products.

- Loading, unloading, and positioning steel materials using overhead cranes.

- Operating machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining production standards.

- Performing manual handling tasks involving materials weighing up to 20 kg.

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

- Working collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve daily production targets.

- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

- Previous machine operating experience, preferably with CNC laser, plasma, or Kinetic cutting machines.





- A current forklift licence.

- Experience operating overhead cranes.

- The physical fitness required for manual handling and hands-on production work.

- A solid work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

- Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Reliable transport to and from the Smithfield site.

- Full Australian working rights.
