The Senior Exploration Geologist will play a key technical and leadership role in planning, executing and interpreting exploration programs. The role requires a geologist with proven experience in Archaean orogenic gold systems, robust field leadership capability and the ability to drive discovery through geological insight, data integration, project management and effective team coordination.





Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Design and implement exploration plans aligned with the company’s technical and strategic objectives.

- Lead and manage field exploration program including mapping, geochemical sampling, aircore/RC/DD drilling and target generation

- Interpret geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets to refine structural and lithological models

- Support preparation of technical reports, cross-sections and presentations internal review

- Ensure all activities meet environmental, heritage and regulatory requirements

- Ensure tenement activities are completed in the required time frame and meet all statutory reporting requirements

- Maintain Geological databases to record and report on drilling, environmental rehabilitation and tenement activities

Skills & experience

- Extensive experience in a similar role

- Prior leadership experience in mineral exploration, with a focus on orogenic gold systems

- Strong practical field experience across mapping, sampling and drill supervision

- Proficiency with geological software

- An understanding of Archaean orogenic gold systems

- Concise and efficient at reporting writing and other geological documentation

- A tertiary qualification in Geology
