About the role
Our client is expanding their Victorian team and looking for a full-time Building & Pest Inspector to cover Geelong, Lara and surrounding areas. You'll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections, identifying defects and safety risks and delivering transparent reports that support property transactions.

Duties

- Conduct pre-purchase building and pest inspections across Geelong/Lara and surrounds
- Identify structural defects, compliance issues and safety risks
- Inspect subfloors, roof cavities and external roofing areas
- Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
- Provide professional advice to clients

Skills & Experience

- Must be a licensed builder




- Completed Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010), or willingness to complete the course. This must be completed before commencing the role
- Experience in building and/or pest inspections
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality reporting skills
- Police clearance and a valid driver's licence
