About the role

We are seeking either a new graduate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our growing team at our Rouse Hill clinic. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive speech pathology services in a purpose build clinic. You will work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care and support their journey.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments using standardised and non-standardised assessment tools

- Develop individualised treatment plans based on client needs, goals and evidence-based practice

- Deliver direct speech pathology intervention to clients across the lifespan, including children and adults

- Maintain detailed, accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators and family members to support holistic client care

- Provide client and family education regarding communication strategies and home practice recommendations

- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimise outcomes

- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment and participate in career development activities

- Manage clinical caseloads effectively and prioritise appointments to meet client needs

What we're looking for

- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to register





- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution

- For new graduates: completion of university degree and readiness to commence clinical practice under appropriate supervision and support

- For experienced practitioners: demonstrated experience in conducting assessments and delivering speech pathology interventions across various client populations

- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development

- Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for supporting clients with communication difficulties

- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and administrative tasks

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
