Site Supervisor required to join a well-regarded Builder and deliver quality Renovation and Refurbishment projects.

We are a leading multi-residential Builder in South East QLD and are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team!

As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible to ensure the construction process runs on time and budget while delivering the highest standard of quality.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum 5 yrs experience as a Site Supervisor, with a strong background in both refurbishment and commercial projects. Exposure to both commercial and residential construction is essential.

As the Site Supervisor you will be solution focused, have a high attention to detail, exceptional communication skill, be able to lead sub contractors and work closely with the offsite administration team. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity and excellence with previous companies and the ability to run multiple projects at the same time.

About the role

With opportunities located across Northern Brisbane/Sunshine Coast areas, the position requires the successful applicant to:

- Supervise and manage all work carried out on site using your knowledge of current construction codes, building codes and regulations

- Manage and monitor compliance with construction documentation, regulations and construction standards





- Communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers in coordinating deliveries and work on sites

- Communicate in a professional manner throughout the construction process

- Maintain and update management with construction logistics

- Complete quality assurance inspections at various stages throughout the construction process

- Ensure works are completed in a protected and timely manner and within a set budget

- Liaise with clients throughout the project

Skills and experience

To be considered for this role, we anticipate you will possess the following attributes:

- Hold and Australian citizenship

- Minimum of 5 years Site Supervisor experience

- Hold a current QBCC Supervisors/Builders Licence

- Hold a Construction White Card and Queensland Drivers Licence

- Trade background in carpentry desirable

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail

- A high level of organization, decision making and time management skills

- A proactive and flexible approach to work

- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize tasks and exercise discretion

- Ability to work professionally in a team environment and seek mentoring from other team members

- You must be comfortable using technology such as laptops and tablets for communication as this will be a key platform for communication
