About the role

Acton | Belle Property Karratha is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join the team, working directly alongside Dylan Rakich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate sales, gaining hands-on experience across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and marketing through to contract management and settlement. You will play a key support role in listing, marketing, and selling properties, while actively prospecting for recent business. You will also shadow Dylan at listing appointments, open for inspections, learning the skills and processes required to list properties independently as your career progresses.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in preparing properties for market, including coordinating photography, floor plans, and ad writing

- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms

- Help manage online listings (realestate.com.au, Domain, company website, social media)

- Provide buyers with property information, arrange viewings, and follow up on enquiries

- Conduct regular prospecting calls and letterbox drops to generate new listing opportunities

- Build and maintain a database of potential vendors, buyers, and landlords

- Conduct home opens independently, presenting properties professionally to prospective buyers

- Register and qualify buyer enquiries, understanding their needs, budget, and timeframe

- Assist in preparing sales contracts and liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and settlement agents





- Shadow Dylan at listing presentations and appraisal appointments

About you

- Real estate sales registration (or willingness to obtain, if not already held) — required in WA to perform sales activities

- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service highly regarded but not essential

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to prospect consistently

- Well organised, with strong attention to detail for contract and administrative tasks

- Willing to work Saturdays and some late nights as required (home opens, buyer appointments, marketing deadlines) — made up for with a rostered Friday off each week

- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Genuine interest in the Karratha and Pilbara property market
