Your Day to Day

As the voice of Sydney Tools, you will own the customer experience by providing easy, reliable, and top tier support. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Customer Championing:



Interacting with our commercial customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer trade related inquiries.
- Sales Support: Providing crucial internal support to our busy external sales team.
- Problem Solving: Managing inquiries from start to finish, ensuring customers are kept in the loop regarding progress and resolutions.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

You don’t need to be a tool expert on day one, we value attitude and potential above all else! We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
