Full-Time Maintenance Officer | Lavington Residential Aged Care & Palm Villa Independent Living

Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful difference every day. We're seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Officer who takes pride in creating safe, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our residents. Based primarily at our Lavington Residential Aged Care home (4 days per week) and supporting Palm Villa Independent Living Units (1 day per week), you'll play an essential role in ensuring our facilities, gardens, and living spaces are maintained to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of general maintenance across buildings, grounds and assets, including:

- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building work)
- Keeping our outdoor spaces looking their best with gardening and grounds maintenance, mowing, hedging, sweeping, hosing and general upkeep
- Completing planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests across your designated areas
- Monitoring maintenance works to ensure regulatory compliance
- Actively contributing to Work Health & Safety practices
