Contract Administrator – Commercial Fit-Out 5-Month Contract | View to Extend | ASAP Start

We’re seeking a motivated and capable Contract Administrator to join a commercial construction team working on commercial fit-out projects. This is an initial 5-month contract with the potential to extend, offering a great opportunity to build on your commercial construction experience and contribute to project delivery.
Procore experience is essential for this role.
The Role You’ll work closely with the project team to support the commercial and contractual aspects of commercial fit-out projects, helping ensure projects run smoothly and stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with subcontractor procurement, letting and package management.
- Prepare and review subcontractor scopes of work and trade comparisons.
- Manage variations, progress claims and payment schedules.
- Assist with cost tracking, forecasting and budget management.
- Maintain project documentation and contractual records.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and the project team.




- Use Procore to manage project documentation, workflows and commercial processes.

About You

- Procore experience is a must.
- Exposure to commercial fit-out projects is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of subcontractor procurement, variations and progress claims.
- Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
- Available to start ASAP.
