The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated clinician to assist in leading the delivery of clinical care within this 150 bed facility in Bendigo. Working along side the Facility Manager the Care Manager supports and leads the clinical team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedure, infection control, and relevant legislation are maintained to ensure best practice clinical outcomes for its residents.

About you

- You will have current AHPRA registration and rights to work in Australia
- Minimum two years demonstrated success in a clinical leadership role (such as Clinical Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse in charge, or similar)




- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
