With an exceptionally strong multi-residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use retail portfolio, this group self-delivers their own developments, as well as projects in partnership with institutional external clients including DHL, Brisbane Airport Corp, Charter Hall, Centuria, National Storage, Frasers, and Stockland just to name a few.

Backed by a solid pipeline of active and upcoming projects across SEQ, they are looking to welcome an experienced Site Manager and General Foreman to their SEQ Delivery Team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the ongoing coordination of on-site works, quality control, scheduling of trades, and overall on-site delivery processes, ensuring programme targets and key milestones are met.
- Manage coordination and procurement of additional works, variations, and design changes, coordinating directly with site team, subcontractors,



and consultants - developing/reviewing scopes of works and negotiating with subcontractors when required
- Liaise with internal Project Team and on-site Team (PM & SM), as well as external project stakeholders, ensuring all actionable items are communicated and carried out effectively.
- Ensure all additional works, variations, and design changes are understood and communicated for completion by trades and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Relevant trade/qualification in construction or construction-adjacent discipline
- Experience assisting in the successful delivery of industrial projects is highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of technical commercial construction methodologies and relevant building codes/standards
