We are currently seeking a highly driven, enthusiastic and experienced Leading Hand/HR Driver to join our growing team working with our fencing and portable toilet operations.

The Role:

You will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the day to day running our busy temporary fencing supply yard including but not limited to:

- Supervision of the loading and unloading process of our fleet of vehicles

- Maintaining the yard in an orderly manner, providing clear and well-planned storage of stock and equipment

- Promoting, and encouraging a safe workplace in line with company policy and legislative requirements

- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of all plant and equipment, including all vehicles forklifts and utility vehicles





- Constant supervision of staff at all times ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements and Company Policies are adhered to

- Other tasks as may be required for the operational requirements of the Company including installation of temporary fencing

Requirements:

- Current Forklift Licence with relevant experience

- An unrestricted HR truck licence minimum

- White Card

- Strong leadership skills

- Controlled Waste Licence (desirable but not essential)

- Work well under pressure

- Excellent time management and organization skills

- Commitment to OHS in an operations environment
