To Be Successful:

- Previous experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a broking environment, from junior support through to senior-level positions.




- Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance qualifications, or a willingness to obtain the relevant accreditation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, insurers and colleagues.
- Exposure to a range of insurance products and client portfolios, or a willingness to broaden your technical knowledge.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing your career within insurance broking.
