About the role

You'll be part of the team that makes every visit feel intentional, welcoming and a little bit special. From long lunches and The Sunday Social to busy Friday and Saturday nights and private functions, you'll help create the moments our guests come back for.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming guests warmly and making them feel looked after from the moment they arrive
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks across the floor and bar
- Offering confident, genuine recommendations from our menu, cocktails and wine list
- Reading the room and anticipating needs before they're spoken
- Supporting functions and events as they come up
- Keeping the venue polished, from opening setup to close
- Serving alcohol responsibly and in line with our licence at all times

About you

- A current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card, or the ability to get one before starting (essential)
- Previous front of house,



bar or restaurant experience
- Availability across evenings and weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- A polished, never pretentious manner, with warmth that puts guests at ease
- A belief that outstanding service is felt, not seen, and a love of being part of a team that delivers it
- Cocktail, wine or barista experience is a bonus
