Intro Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established civil construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Ipswich, QLD.
This opportunity is suited to a Project Manager with a proven track record in civil subdivision developments, bulk earthworks and road construction, capable of managing projects from commencement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil subdivision and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- Oversee bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage and associated civil works.
- Manage budgets, cost forecasting, financial reporting and contract variations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, plant and equipment.
- Develop construction programs and ensure projects meet delivery milestones.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors and project teams.
About You
- Proven experience managing civil subdivision projects is essential.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
- Strong technical understanding of earthworks, road construction and drainage.
- Experience managing project budgets, contracts and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
- Sound understanding of Australian Standards and construction compliance.
- Relevant Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualifications will be highly regarded.
