- Manage stock control of equipment spares and consumables across site, ensuring required stock audits are completed, and equipment servicing requirements are maintained.
- Ensure accurate information is captured in reports, audits,
training documentation and other compliance records.
- Maintain open and transparent communication between management and frontline employees, ensuring relevant parties remain informed of operational matters and site incidents.
- Support training and safety functions as required and ensure compliance with WHS, site and legislative requirements.
- Assist with the coordination of flights and vehicle management.
- Undertake additional operational duties as reasonably directed by the Queensland State Manager.

- Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively across frontline employees, Supervisors, management and clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify practical solutions to operational challenges.
- The ability to support workforce planning, rostering, training and day-to-day employee coordination.
- Robust attention to detail when managing stock, reporting and operational documentation.
- A commitment to WHS, compliance and accountability.
- A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to support the wider Queensland operation as required.
