Contracts Administrator – Concrete & Formwork
Perth, WA | Permanent | $120,000–$150,000 + super

Link-Force Australia is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join an established concrete and formwork contractor in Perth.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, taking ownership of day-to-day contract administration across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with the commercial and site teams, with the confidence to negotiate with head contractors and stand your ground commercially while maintaining positive working relationships.

The role

• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations and final accounts
• Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements
• Identify scope changes, prepare contractual notices and maintain supporting records
• Manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews and payment assessments
• Track project costs, commitments and forecasts, flagging commercial risks early
• Work with site teams to capture completed works, dayworks and variations




• Ensure contractual deadlines and obligations are met

About you

• Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor within construction
• Comfortable managing claims, variations and commercial responsibilities independently
• Confident dealing with head contractors and negotiating commercial outcomes
• Able to interpret contracts, drawings and scopes of work
• Organised and comfortable managing several projects and priorities
• Formwork or concrete experience highly regarded, with relevant civil or structural subcontractor backgrounds also considered
• Relevant construction, quantity surveying or commercial qualification preferred
