Rick's Garage Bar & Diner, Palmwoods QLD
Summer is our busiest time of year, and we have 5 bartender spots to fill across our three bars: the Retro Bar, the Whiskey Bar and the Garden Bar.
If you can pour a good beer, make a decent cocktail and keep a crowd happy when it's busy, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Shaking up cocktails, pouring cold beers and keeping the good times flowing
- Serving customers quickly and in a friendly way, including during peak periods
- Keeping your bar clean, stocked and set up for the next shift
- Handling the POS and payments accurately
- Serving alcohol responsibly at all times
WHAT YOU NEED
- A current Queensland RSA (required)
- Bar experience (cocktail experience is a bonus)
- Availability across the whole season,
including nights, weekends, school holidays, Christmas and Recent Year
- Reliable transport to Palmwoods
- A good attitude and the ability to work well in a team when it's busy
WHAT WE OFFER
- Casual work starting ASAP and running through to February, with the chance to stay on longer for the right people
- Award rates, plus penalty rates where they apply
