Customer Service / Hospitality / Sales Reps Wanted 200 Day Rate + Uncapped Commission | Full Sales Training Great with people? Ready to turn that into a career in sales? Sunny Sky Solar is looking for confident, outgoing people to join our growing solar & battery lead generation team. We’re not looking for experienced salespeople. In fact, some of the best people in our team have come from hospitality, retail, customer service and other people focused roles. What matters to us is your attitude. If you’re bubbly, confident, enjoy meeting new people and are willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

What you’ll get

- 200 per day + uncapped commission
- OTE 1,500+ per week
- 11am starts
- Full sales training — no experience required
- Ongoing coaching from experienced salespeople
- Regular bonuses, prizes & team competitions
- Clear opportunities to progress within sales
- Supportive, social team workplace
- Short-term & long-term positions available
- Work with an established solar company with a solid reputation

The Role

You’ll be part of our face‑to‑face lead generation team,

speaking with homeowners about solar and battery solutions and booking qualified appointments for our solar consultants. You don’t need to be a solar expert or know how to “sell” from day one. We’ll train you on communication, confidence, objection handling, qualifying customers and the fundamentals of sales. Skills that can take you a long way beyond this role.

Who we’re looking for

- Confident and comfortable talking to new people
- Positive, energetic and easy to get along with
- Competitive and motivated by earning potential
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Reliable and ready to contribute to a team

Hospitality, retail, promotions, customer service or previous sales experience is a bonus but definitely not essential.

Interested? Come meet the team, learn the role and see whether sales could be a good fit for you. No experience. No complicated requirements. Just bring the right attitude and we’ll provide the training.
