The Federal Government Agency in Bundaberg is seeking two Participant Support Officers (APS3) to join a full-time roster. You will be the frontline contact, welcoming visitors and guiding participants through self-service systems, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Based at Bundaberg in office, you will handle administrative workflows, coordinate operations, and provide compassionate, organized support to NDIS participants in the local community.
