IRT Group is seeking kind-hearted Home Care Employees to support clients across the Pambula to Eden region. These permanent part time roles are open to entry-level Grade 1 staff and more experienced Grade 2–4B employees, with shifts typically 7am–5pm on weekdays and some weekends.

Key duties include personal care, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and providing companionship to help older Australians maintain independence at home.
