Aristocrat is seeking a Finance Manager FP&A; to reshape and guide workforce planning, ensuring accurate headcount and cost data. You will drive budgeting cycles, variances, and scenario modelling, partnering with Finance, P&C;, and RCOE to deliver high-quality analytics and dashboards.

You will lead by influence, mentor Senior Finance Analysts, and help scale the planning function to support transformation goals across the enterprise.
