You'll prepare and present quality dishes, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a high-energy dining experience.The ideal candidate has at least 2 years post-apprenticeship experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
