As a well established organisation, my client is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant/Accountant (Accounts Receivable focus) to join their team for a 3 months temporary position and subject to extension.
If the candidate has experience with some Payroll tasks - that will be an added bonus.
The role is to be based in their Western Sydney office.
Onsite parking is provided alongside 1 day work from home - once up to speed and able to work independently.This is a vital, hands-on role where you will ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding debts which is the accounts receivable function alongside some other areas of finance when required.
Payroll experience will be a bonus as only need to manage some element of the fortnightly payroll (which has been outsourced) which is mainly just crosschecking and ensuring adjustments are correct - this can be taught by the manager.
