Montgomery Advisory in Sydney seeks a Solicitor (2–4 PAE) to join a leading Private Equity & Venture Capital practice.
You will work closely with Corporate Partners and a national team on complex M&A; transactions.Responsibilities include acting for PE sponsors and investors, supporting capital raisings from early-stage to pre-IPO, drafting and negotiating key documents, completing due diligence, and coordinating transactions with clients and advisers throughout the lifecycle.
