Prestage is seeking a Process Trainer in Debone to oversee and facilitate training for recent and current employees in the production area.
You will report to the process manager, with a Tue-Fri day shift and flexibility for early/late shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.A safety-first mindset and GMP/USDA-compliant practices are essential.
Responsibilities include guiding learners, conducting orientation, mentoring staff, recording training progress, and supporting operators and leads.
