Tennant Mines is an emerging Australian gold producer seeking an experienced Senior HR & Payroll Advisor to join our Perth team, supporting both corporate and site operations.
You will lead payroll governance, HR compliance, and HR systems while guiding a small shared services team.You will manage HR processes for a rostered FIFO/workforce, drive HRIS and payroll system improvements, and ensure accurate employment documentation and reporting to the HR Manager.
