You will ensure compliance with Victorian tenancy laws, coordinate inspections and maintenance, and drive weekly prospecting within defined systems while maintaining personalised landlord communication.

The role offers a base salary of 80,000–100,000 AUD per year plus uncapped commissions, with a solid focus on service, accuracy, and portfolio growth.
