Plexus is seeking an operations leader who can make the whole machine hum using agents, data and pop-up teams.
You won't inherit a sprawling org chart; you'll own automation and drive usage, not just launches.
You'll stabilise cross-functional projects, design playbooks for contracts and vendor deals, and mentor leaders to lift performance.
The role sits with the SLT and reports directly to the CEO, in an AI-native setup that values pragmatic action over politics.
