The Pre-Construction Customer Service Officer will manage client relationships and coordinate documentation through the pre-construction phase to move projects toward construction.
You will support the sales team, handle inquiries, prepare contracts and consent documentation, and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
