Dorset Lodge Management Pty Ltd in Croydon, VIC, is seeking an experienced Nurse in Charge (Registered Nurse) to lead the clinical team in our aged care home.
You will oversee resident health assessments, develop individualised care plans, and manage medications while guiding care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
The role requires a current AHPRA RN registration, at least 2 years of nursing experience in aged care or hospital settings, and a mandatory Police Check.
