Closer Care Nursing seeks Registered Nurses to deliver in-home community care to older clients across NSW.
You will work independently in clients' homes, making sound clinical decisions to provide quality nursing care.
Responsibilities include wound care (including complex wounds), catheter care, continence management and exact clinical documentation.
You will liaise with care managers and GPs to recognise and escalate deterioration.
